I am now fur-mommy to the most adorable puppy. He’s constantly making us laugh with his antics. Watching him discover his world is just as fun. He’s taking to potty training really quickly and since he’s teething he’s kind of fussy sometimes for no reason. But I know that will pass and at least this time around I know puppies lose baby teeth so I know what’s coming. Currently he’s flipping around all over the living room floor because he’s never had a tag on his collar and he’s not so sure about this new addition.
We went through several names before deciding on Cooper. Some names seemed so promising but with more and more personality coming forth they didn’t fit quite right.
Mr. Cooper is part sheltie and part mini American Eskimo and was born Sept 3. He surprised us when we found that he loves to play with his adoptive sister (a 3 year old Australian Shepard) and they tucker each other out. After just one meeting I can already tell he’s going to get along just fine with her… 8 pounds of dominance in him even. He’s a handful but he’s mine and I love him.
